Importance & Considerations of Strollers
Mommies mainly considered the following factors in choosing the best baby stroller: weight/bulkiness, price point, ease of folding, the safety aspect and if it was comfortable for their baby.
There are many benefits to owning a stroller. A stroller keeps your baby close to you, and it also prevents parents from overstraining themselves from constant carrying. Most strollers can be folded easily and that makes travelling a lot easier.
How Has the Keenz Air Plus 3.0 Been?
I have heard of this stroller from my sister-in-law who had personally used this brand of stroller (2.0 version) for her baby. I tried to use her stroller (with her baby in it) when she bought it and fell in love with it!
I was lucky enough to have a Doona car seat stroller passed down to me by my sister-in-law when my daughter was born. It was a lifesaver in the early months as it served as both a car seat and stroller, making it easy to transport my little one from one place to another. The Doona car seat stroller’s compact size made it a great option for parents who frequently travel by car, and its easy maneuverability and foldability made it a breeze to use. However, the lack of storage space was a downside, which meant I had to carry a backpack for all my essentials.
When I started looking for a stroller to replace the Doona, my first priority was finding one with a large basket space. After recommendations from family and friends, I decided on the Keenz Air Plus 3.0 stroller. This stroller has exceeded my expectations, and I’ve been using it since January 2023. The basket space is huge, housing 3 full backpacks, and the handle can also hold an essential bag. It has been a game-changer for my outings with my daughter.
As a parent who frequently uses public transport, the Keenz stroller has been a godsend. Its lightweight and easy-to-fold design makes it easy to maneuver through crowds, and I love how I can recline the seat when my daughter is asleep or sitting up when she’s awake. The ability to adjust the seat position has been a huge benefit, especially as my daughter is reaching the stage where she’s starting to sit up independently. The Keenz stroller’s durability also gives me a peace of mind that I’ll be able to use it for future children, should I choose to have more.
To top it off, the free snack tray I received from Keenz has been a game-changer now that my daughter has started her solids journey. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to switch from the Doona to the Keenz AirPlus 3.0, and I highly recommend it to any parents looking for a versatile, durable, and practical stroller.
Pros of Keenz Air Plus 3.0 Stroller
Big Storage Basket

One of the standout features of the Keenz Stroller is its spacious storage basket. The storage basket can hold 3 fully packed backpacks with space to stuff bottles, or essentials like wet wipes.
The ample space provided allows for hands-free convenience, accommodating all your essentials and leaving you well-prepared during outings. Additionally, pet owners can take advantage of this feature by utilizing the basket to bring their furry friends along for a stroll.
Big Canopy and Good Ventilation

The stroller is designed to keep your baby comfortable and safe. It has a big mesh that allows for good airflow and lets you easily keep an eye on your little one. Even on hot days, your baby can enjoy a cool and comfy ride. The canopy provides excellent sun protection, which is especially important in places with a lot of sun exposure, like Singapore.
360-degree Rotation of the Bumper Bar
The Keenz Air Plus 3.0 stroller stands out from other models due to its unique 360-degree rotation of the bumper bar.
The bumper bar can rotate 360 degrees, which means you can adjust it to fit your baby’s needs. It makes lifting your child in and out of the stroller easier and gives a smoother ride. This is especially handy when your baby is growing and needs more or less space. You can quickly change the stroller to suit your child without worrying about safety.
Cons of the Keenz Air Plus 3.0
Strap Mechanism

The strap mechanism to sit up or recline the stroller seat isn’t very easy to use. It requires both hands —one to pull the strap and another to release the clip. It’s tricky to do it while your baby is sitting in the stroller or when you’re alone.
No Location for Stroller Fan

There’s no good place to attach a stroller fan.
Clipping it onto the bumper bar is too close to your baby and might damage the stroller’s material over time. The canopy isn’t strong enough to support the fan, and there are no good sidebars to clip it onto securely.
Broader Rear Wheels

The stroller has wider rear wheels for stability, but they stick out beyond the stroller frame. Sometimes they get caught on things when you’re pushing too close. So, you have to be careful or wait for others to go first to avoid bumping into objects.
Where to buy the Keenz Air Plus 3.0 Stroller
Currently, there are no stockists selling them but you could DM them at their Instagram to make a purchase.
If you’d like to feel and try their products, you can catch them at the upcoming Mothercare Baby Fair between 28 to 30 July 2023 at Singapore Expo Hall 6A!
